Can I send follow-up eMarketing campaigns to remind students to upload their EZPix Portrait?

Use eMarketing Groups to remind students about uploading their portrait to the yearbook.

Once you have sent an EZPix Portrait request, you can send follow-up reminders to just the students who haven't submitted a portrait in a few simple steps. 

Follow these steps in StudioBalfour:

1. From the eMarketing Dashboard, launch a new campaign
2. Name your campaign "EZPix - Reminder" and choose one of the EZ Pix - Portrait Reminder templates.
3. Customize your template and click Next to move onto the Details section.
4. Select Groups > No Portrait to only send your message to those who have not yet uploaded a picture.

PRO-TIP! When designing your campaign, set up your Reminder and Last Change campaigns and schedule them 2-3 weeks apart. Your campaigns will send using the filters selected at the date of your choosing.
