How can I see what photos have not been used in the book?

The Image Manager keeps track of all your photo needs.

Use the filter in the header to sort the image view: All—All images Used—Images that have already been placed on at least one spread. Unused—Uploaded images that have not been used on a spread. Archive—Images that have been archived from view. Use the toggle switch in the header to alternate between grid and list view.
