Get started on your new project by using the project switcher in StudioBalfour.
At the start of each new school year, it is important to verify that your staff is building pages in the correct project. Since we tend to work with most schools for several years in a row, learning how to access the Project Switcher at the top of your StudioBalfour dashboard give you the ability to reference past data without creating a new login each year. Note: You can always switch back to a previous year's project to reference sales data or book specs.
Log into StudioBalfour and follow these steps:
- From the dashboard, reference the blue Project Switcher button with your project name. Does it reflect the current year's project? If yes, you are good to go!
- If you are seeing last year's project, simply click the Project Switcher and select from the available projects in the list. You can also type in the desired project year in the box provided.
- Select the correct project, and the system will default here upon future visits to the site.
Note: You can always switch back to a previous year's project to reference sales data or book specs.
