How do I complete a spread in Encore?

Editors and Designers can send completed pages for final review to the Adviser in Encore.

When a spread is complete, editors and designers can click the Complete Spread button to indicate to the adviser that the spread is ready for final review.

This step does not send the page to Balfour for publishing, but instead marks the page as un-editable. At this point, only an adviser can make this page available for editing again.

Once the Adviser reviews the spread, they can approve it or send it back to the editor or designer for revisions. Sending a spread for revisions unlocks the spread, allowing it to be edited again.
