How do I edit and reflow my portraits in Encore?

A walkthrough of editing portrait information after flowing and how to reflow the updated information.

To edit portrait information after portraits have been flowed, toggle to the Photo Manager tab > Portraits

Next to the flowed group, there is a three dots icon. 

To unlock the group for edits, such as updating names, photos, grades, or adding new students, click Unlock for Edits.

Once edits have been made, the group will show an error recommending reflow. Click on the three dots and select Reflow Group or click on the red triangle error to initiate reflow. 

The flowing wizard will take you back to the photo box selection step to toggle on additional space needed for flowing.
