How do I set up users for my Encore book?

All students needing access to your project must be set up in StudioBalfour before they have access to Encore.

In order to give your yearbook staff members access to Encore, you must first set them up as users in StudioBalfour.

To access StudioBalfour, go to http://studio.balfour.com. 

To add new users, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to StudioBalfour.
  2. Navigate to Manage > Project Users.
  3. Add individual users by entering their name and email address. Users will receive a registration email to set up their own password.

No email address available? Check the box next to "No email" to bypass the email confirmation, and set the user's username and password.
