Adding and removing fonts in Encore

To use fonts in Encore, add them to your Library.

Before using a font in Encore, it must first be added to the Library. To do so, access your Encore project and select the desired fonts by going to Book Settings > Customize Page Properties > Fonts. You can add fonts for individual paragraph styles and set the default font.

Fonts can also be added from the Library > Fonts tab. Advisers and the editor in chief can preview and choose as many fonts as desired from the available fonts. Fonts already active in the project will appear in the list with a yellow dot next to the name of the font. Fonts in use on any spread cannot be removed. Only unused fonts can be removed from the list.
