How to apply templates to only one side of spread in Encore?

Need a spread template applied to only one page, read this article to learn more

From the Library, click 'Add to Page' or 'Add to My Content'. Then after adding to the Page, your cursor will have the template thumbnail; then either click on the left page or right page to apply the template. You will have the option to either overrite the page content or add to existing content.
