How to place AdBuilder ads on your yearbook pages

AdBuilder ads can be downloaded from StudioBalfour for usage in your yearbook.

You've sold yearbook ads! That's great. Now it's time to download these ads and place them in the yearbook for publishing. Please note, ads are not placed into your yearbook automatically, giving you creative freedom to arrange your ads as you see fit. 

Once you have approved and downloaded your ads, it's time to place them in the yearbook. 

Uploading Ads to myYear or Encore

1. Log in to StudioBalfour and launch into myYear or Encore from the dashboard screen.
2. Click the Camera Icon in the top right of your screen, then click the plus sign (+) to select files. 
3. Before uploading, images must be tagged. (Hint: Tagging your images by typing in "Ads" works great!)
4. Click Done to complete the upload
5. Place the ads on your pages the same way you place other image.

Uploading Ads to StudioWorks+

1. Log in to StudioBalfour and launch into StudioWorks+ from the dashboard screen or log in using the Desktop Launcher.
2. Click Content
3. Create a new folder in the My Content section by clicking "Add" at the bottom left of the screen.
4. Name the folder with an easily recognizable name for future reference. 
5. Click Import on the bottom right of the screen to begin importing the ads into StudioWorks+.
6. Click Add Files, and select the files you wish to import.
7. Place your ads on your pages as you would other photos in the yearbook. 

 Uploading Ads to BalfourTools

1. Launch Adobe InDesign, and log into the BalfourTools extension.
2. Click the Content Manager.
3. Click the plus sign (+) on the bottom left to create a new folder named Ads. 
4. Click the plus sign (+) under the right pane to add files to the newly created folder. 
5. Place your ads on your pages as you would other photos in the yearbook.
