      I am a yearbook adviser. How can I access my ImageShare images?

      Accessing the ImageShare files shared with your yearbook staff is easy.

      Depending on the software program your school is using, your ImageShare images will be accessible in a variety of ways.

      Encore / myYear

      Images can be found in the ImageShare gallery located within your project. Advisers will need to tag photos into a collection for staff access.


      BalfourTools

      The adviser will need to download ImageShare images from StudioBalfour. Once logged into StudioBalfour:

      1. Click Build a Book
      2. Choose Files to Balfour > Retrieve Cloud Files > ImageShare
