Let's get you going! Sounds like we need to clear the cache.
Java collects temporary internet files while using StudioWorks+. On occasion, the cache will become full and you will get an "Unable to Launch Application" error. This message normally indicates that the cache is full and needs to be flushed/emptied.
To clear cache for Windows:
Go to Start menu Windows > Configure Java > General Tab > Temporary Internet Files > View.
Once the Java Cache View appears, highlight and delete all lines that mention Taylor or StudioWorks. Select the programs in the list and press the red X to delete the cache for the selected items.
If you are logging into StudioBalfour.com to launch StudioWorks+, use this alternative method to clear cache: In the Window's Search field, type in %temp% and hit enter. The Temp folder that opens has a folder called StudioworksApplicationFolder. Delete it. In the same Temp folder find a folder named tpc. Delete it. Close the temp folder and relaunch Studioworks+.
To clear cache for Macs:
Go to System Preferences > Java > General Tab >Temporary Internet Files > View.
Once the Java cache appears, highlight and delete all lines that mention Taylor or Studio Works.
