Unlocking pages in Encore

Encore locks pages to prevent the same spread from being edited by more than one user.

Each page in your yearbook can only be edited by one user at a time, preventing users from overriding each other's work.

Refer to the "Lock" status in the Timeline to identify whether a page is locked or not. To unlock a page, first ask the user with the page open to close it. If you are the adviser, you can open a locked spread by choosing “force unlock” if necessary.
