How to manage ImageShare access

Control who can access your ImageShare portal for sharing images with the yearbook staff

In order to start using ImageShare, you must first activate it in StudioBalfour. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. In StudioBalfour, select Summary from the dashboard.
  2. Click Edit to enable ImageShare uploads.
  3. If preferred, set up a password to protect access for added security.
